About Us

Dealing with leasehold management brings its own unique challenges and complexities. As the rules and regulations governing the management of leaseholds change with regularity, many agents are deciding to withdraw from this form of management. Having recently been approached by several freeholders and resident associations, we have decided to increase our profile in the leasehold management area.

Catering to Diverse Needs

To encompass the many ways that the management of blocks of flats is set up, we offer flexible management schemes. We act on behalf of freeholders, who hold the freehold and carry out the management; resident associations who have purchased their freehold; resident associations who manage the property with an absentee freehold; and also RTM companies.

Helping You Avoid Losses

Give yourself the best chance of escaping a financial loss in adverse circumstances. We have a tried-and-tested record of assisting clients in winning, having successfully appeared on behalf of freeholders at the Rent Valuation Tribunal, to obtain service charge arrears and major works payments from non-paying lessees. We have also acted in an advisory capacity for firms of solicitors in relation to the practical application of the Landlord and Tenant Acts.

Complete Service

For some associations, we act as advisors and managers, and as such, we advise directors and carry out their instructions. For other associations, we carry out full management in cases where the directors wish to be named entities only.
